Pier House 303 is our third condo rental in IRB and the best one by far. The location is perfect and the unit is very well appointed. More rooms and more amenities – two aspects all travelers look for when heading to Key West.

Oh maybe some much needed new beach chairs. We were somewhat disappointed that the condo no longer has the beach chairs for use as in previous years. We rent this same condo every year and every year we enjoy the unit and location. WE have stayed at the Pier House #303 every year for the past 8 years we love every thing about it.

You can walk to many restaurants and a CVS is very close for last minute items. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a nice touch having beach chairs and beach towels in the condo for our use. All of the furniture was very comfortable. I have stayed in other condos that took the cheap way for outdoor furniture.

Attached to the spa is a fitness center with all workout necessities, and outdoors is the pool, the ultimate cool-off spot. Weddings, conferences, meetings, and receptions are often held in the 2,600 square feet of event space at the hotel. There’s also a restaurant that overlooks the water and offers casual dining, another restaurant offering elegant dining, and The Beach Bar featuring island-style cuisine.

The view spectacular, the pool and hot tub awesome and the fact that we could walk just a few steps and be on the beach. You really wouldn't need a car because everything from very good eating places, shopping and groceries are within walking distance. We were enjoying the warm beach while our hometown had a temperature of -45. The place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to cook, relax and use at the beach. We would certainly recommend you stay here, you won't be disappointed. This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks.

The outdoor pool is not large but it'sa welcome spot for cooling off, and there’s a lift in both the pool and hottub for guests with disabilities. There were many beach accessories available for both kids and adults that are not usually available in a condo rental and that made our stay even better. Even when the pier is operational, U.S. forces would not have been in the location where the mortars hit. We have stayed in this condo pretty much the month of March for years. It is a quiet, adultcommunity which we enjoy. All is well maintained by residents and management. We love this place can't say anything bad.

The oldest bar in Key West, The Chart Room, is a popular spot and is also the place where Jimmy Buffest played back in the day. On the water with one of the few “beaches” and quick access to Sunset Pier. On Duval Street and close to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Beautiful walkways between the buildings. Great condo right in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. The building itself was very nice and well maintained.
My family has been staying at 303 for 4 years. There is nothing better than being on the water and looking out at its clears the mind and starts your day with a skip and a hop in your step walking the beach. On a scale of 1-10 it is definitely an 11. Escape to the tranquil sands of one of the best beaches in America! Pier House 60 Marina Hotel has it all and is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, across the street from our sugary sand beach and directly on the Marina and close to local attractions. Stay, dine, and revel in the scenic panoramic views of our charming beach community and crystal blue waters at our Jimmy’s Crow’s Nest rooftop bar.
The building has a secured elevator entrance, two assigned spots for this unit- one in the garage and one out front- with plenty of guest parking. You will love having easy beach access, a front row seat to the sunset every night, and you will make the best memories here with your friends and family. From our Clearwater Beach hotel, head on over to the action at Pier 60, or soak up the sun at our pristine beach. We were there for 7 nights this summer and we really appreciated the long confi balcony. The jacuzzi and the pool are welcome after a salty day at the beach. We had a very enjoyable time at the condo.

Some of the suites have two floors and balconies overlookingthe water. Interior noise can be a problem at times, but the hotelis generally peaceful.
